I just bought a new 2026 Honda CRV EX-L gas SUV. I am very happy with this car in general and decided to have someone else do my car audio and lighting upgrades. I’ve always for years did my own installs since high school. Anything electrical from lights to subs and amps, I’d be the one to do it. With a brand new car and working constantly I have no energy or the time. Plus I want a clean look and no worries. I found Elite Customs online and they were close to my job. I knew I would have to leave it with them to work on since I had a big grocery list. Light bar, fog lights, door trigger lights and rear hatch door, hood pod lights, trailer hitch, 12” sub, box to be seamless and flushed rear back not taking any space for storage, mono sub amp with bass volume knob. I will have this car at least for 10 years so wanted something I can enjoy and worry free years to come. With that said you will get professional quality as well as high quality products with clean clean working install. From meeting with an installer, going over wants and needs to fit your style. They nailed it. I went over my budget but I’m ok with that and knowing warranty is covered and their work they guarantee lifet

I spoke with a number of shops before scheduling with Elite Customs. For some of the custom work I wanted, other “custom” shops didn’t want to touch it. I sat down with Rich and he was gracious to spend two lengthy sessions mapping out the work. Not only did they complete the work we planned, they exceeded my expectations. My car looks amazing! I’m so happy with the outcome that I’m mapping out another phase of work. Every person I interacted with at the shop was so kind and willing to help me with my questions. If you are looking for a shop that will patiently work through your vision, over deliver on execution, and do it all with white glove service then Elite Customs is the shop for you!

I had a new head unit and remote start installed. The head unit replaced the stock model on my 2018 F150. I really wanted to have a bigger screen with the benefits of Apple Play. Anyway, I can’t say enough good things about this experience. Fabulous install job, awesome customer service, timely and complete communication, relaxing wait area…just a very pleasant experience overall. Exceeded my expectations!

Had my VW atlas lifted calipers painted and tires done at this shop, the guys did an amazing work i am very happy with the new look. I took 5 quotes for this project 3 of them didn't know where to start they never lifted an atlas before (i get this is very uncommon). Elite customs wanted to sit down and lay out my project to my vision. Richie set down with me he pointed out the minor things i didn't even think about (or the other quote i got, which was $$$ more expensive). We looked at some vlogs did a bit of research and mapped out how this is going to work and what i need to do. They the deliver the car sooner then expected and everything was great! I will Definitely give them a call again on my next project!

Rich is a very knowledgeable, down to earth guy. Very honest. He did a great job with my little BMW. They stand by their work. If any issues occur I could always come back and get it resolved very quickly! I feel very comfortable with them to ask them anything.
